master violin maker Holger Krupke

Master Holger Krupke was born in 1965 and did his apprenticeship with Master Lothar Sandner from 1982-1984. 1998 he received his master craftsman's diploma and founded in the same year his own workshop for bowed instruments in Markneukirchen.
Master Krupke received an award at the violin maker's competition "Jacobus Stainer" in Hinterzarten in 2001.

The master violin maker is specialized in new building of fine violines, violas, cellos and basses as well as repairs and restorations of all bowed instruments.

In his workshop master instruments are created in individual handicraft based on classical models. All instruments are made of well-seasoned resonant wood. The varnish is made of natural resins by himself and gives the instrument its own character that customers appreciate in particular.

This instrument is available from stock. There is no time of waiting at SchneiderMusik that can occur with some instrument makers.
We offer the instrument that is shown and described here. Because this instrument is a handcrafted unicum, it can be delivered only once.
Further instruments by Master Krupke or by other Vogtland masters of violin-making are naturally available on request.
