Made from a "multi-layer alloy composite, each layer has been chosen for a specific function. The inside layer is a specially designed stainless steel for maximum "snap" and brilliant harmonic response. The outer layer is a soft ductile ally which minimizes fret (and finger) wear. This unique arrangement provides an outstanding balance of ringing overtones and a warm fat bottom-end.
